Summer Camps
Explorers Forest School offers enriching outdoor summer programs for children ages 4–12 that support growth, curiosity, and confidence through play. Nestled just 15 minutes east of Saskatoon on a private 160-acre prairie and forest landscape, our programs provide children with the time and space for real, meaningful outdoor experiences.
At Explorers, childhood is honored and play is valued as essential. Through child-led, hands-on adventures in nature, children build resilience, develop their bodies and minds, and form a deep connection to the natural world. Guided by skilled and caring facilitators, our outdoor summer camps invite children to explore, imagine, take healthy risks, and thrive—just as childhood was meant to be.
In a fast-paced, indoor-focused world, we slow things down. Our camps offer children time to be kids and to build memories with new and old friends!

Policies
​Program Details

The specifics about each program will be emailed one week prior to the start date.

Drop-off program: Please pack a big lunch, lots of snacks, & a full water bottle. Apply bug spray & sunscreen before arriving.

100% outdoor nature program: Weather-appropriate attire is required.

Nightly emails with beautiful photos and a summary of each day’s activities.

Children must be able to independently toilet and use an outhouse.
Late Fees

Late pick ups will automatically be charged a $20 fee after camp ends and $1 per minute after 10 minutes. Fees must be paid in full prior to the next camp start day. Payments can be made via etransfer.
Refund Policy

Full payment is required at checkout.

If you cancel at least 4 weeks before camp, you’ll get a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable deposit or hold a full credit towards a future program.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before camp, no refund is available.

No refunds for one day cancellations due to illness, to acts of God (including weather related cancellations), natural disasters, or epidemics.

If an entire week or block of camp sessions is canceled, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid. We recognize that such events are unlikely to occur; but if one does, we will try to rebook.
